1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and the size/weight of your order. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is made.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 of receiving your order. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Standard Delivery: Typically 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Expedited Delivery: Typically 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch (if available).
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking number via the courier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information or have questions regarding your shipment, please contact us at info@bioresco.in.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your package at info@bioresco.in or call +91 96649 18181. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. BioResco is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to re-send the package.
8. Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occur. BioResco is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or courier service delays.
